Brian spent twenty-six years at Progressive with ten years as Progressive’s claim president.  He managed the organization during a period of time when the company's claim organization more than doubled in size.  Simultaneously, Brian was able to objectively lower LAE, while improving claim quality, and raising customer service results.  He hired and developed a large cadre of productive Progressive managers.  He was involved in, and often managed, defense in response to litigation against Progressive.  Brian also served as the Pennsylvania general manager with P&L responsibility for product, distribution, and claims operations.  Brian started with Progressive as a claims representative.
