Scott has been in the finance-insurance-collision industry for 25 plus years.  Scott serves at Kemper Auto as Assistant Vice President of Auto Physical Damage Product Development, Strategy, and Innovation after serving over 24 years with Liberty Mutual/Safeco as Vice President of Claims, APD - Global Retail Markets. During his time at Safeco/Liberty Mutual he managed over 4.1 billion dollars in spend, encompassed a staff of US and international (Europe and Brazil) employees, partnered with 3200 shop partners, and worked collaboratively on product development and digital transformation.
